Refund policy

At MedCare Socks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy.

Eligibility

       Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

       Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@medcaresocks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a free prepaid return label by email once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

       Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

       Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

       Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

       Items returned after the 60-day window.

       Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

       Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
