Shipping policy

MedCare Socks ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

•       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

•       Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

•       You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

•       Estimated delivery: 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

•       Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. Royal Mail delays).

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. MedCare Socks is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
